It is the ultimate dream of any sustainable supplier to be able to recycle discarded or used or rejected garments and be able to produce fresh products from the same. While the technology is surely developmental, it can produce counts up to Ne 18 very comfortably.
Post bifurcation and quality check to weed out any nonconformities, the team at Spectrum puts the garments through a rigorous recycling process through state of the art equipment. The resulting fiber is then pressed into bales like any other cotton and dispatched to the spinner to blend with virgin cotton as per their need.
